(Pete) has more then 13 years experience in window/mirror cleaning for both commercial and residential properties. Not to mention the high demand of the commercial janitorial expertise, he has under his belt with him the health standards your company needs to meet are met! Publio (Pete) currently obtains his Associate’s Degree in Science, and soon to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Science. Just to mention a few of the types of establishments he has engaged in cleaning and maintaining are: commercial, industrial, residential and other establishments: healthcare facilities, malls, plazas, gyms, salons/spas and condominiums. He is qualified with the handling of all hazardous chemical garbage and properly transfer to proper disposal, knowledge of standard cleaning techniques, application of germicidal and cleansers, deep knowledge of the characteristics of surfaces to be cleaned with sanitized, dexterity and safety equipment.

Tina has more then 15 years of experience in office administration. Tina keeps the nuts and bolts of the business together with her knowledge and organizational skills. She is in charge of the entire office administration at El Rey Commercial Cleaning. Tina is also a licensed All Lines Insurance Adjuster. She is a great asset to the company.
